I am answering three questions today.
- QUESTION 1: "My boss is a micromanager. It's pretty overwhelming most of the time. I want to say something, but I'm afraid what will happen if I do. But I'm also afraid if I don't say anything, then I won't last much longer at this job. Something has to change, but I'm not sure what to do. Any thoughts would help."
- QUESTION 2 : "I'm crazy about my girlfriend. I think I want to marry her, but I'm not sure. I think moving in together before we get married might help me decide. What do you think I should do?"
- QUESTION 3: "I like my job, my boss, and the people I work with. I'm married with a kid on the way, I go to a good church and have good community. But something feels missing. And I've checked all the boxes that I thought I was supposed to have. And I think I should be happier. But how do I find fulfillment when I haven't found it yet?"
