Melanin Vegan is about improving your mindset based on food, culture, the environment, your health, gender and animals. Veganism is a lifestyle not a diet. I am exposing the animal agriculture and the myths around veganism. Have you ever heard the phrase You are what you eat? I speak for the unspoken!!! Melanin and feminism play a role in this podcast as well I am a young melanin woman. Do you know how many a gram of melanin is worth?
