Hey Listeners!,

Welcome to my podcast, Melanie's MeltDowns & Ups! I want you all to know that this is raw, real, and relevant. My home is my headquarters, so you may hear mom cooking in the background (you ready to eat) or sis, Tomara Danette, stopping by as fly as usual. If you want a script or something well polished and rehearsed, this is not the time nor the place. But if you want that Raw, Real, and Relevant then sit back-- let's chill-- let's settle in on the downs and ups of life! I love y'all and there's nothing you can do about it. I got what you need.

For those who don’t know me, I'm Melanie, and this is Melanie's MeltDowns & Ups. Now, you may be asking yourself "what is Melanie's MeltDowns & Ups?" Well, this is my platform to vent. I have kept quiet for long enough. Here is a judgement-free zone where I can say the things that I can't say at work, in the drive-thru, at the grocery stores, and anywhere else one can have a meltdown. I will not be using profanity so I ask that you dig deep within your vocabulary to do the same. In addition, because we all need a little pick-me-up every now-and-then, I will talk about the Ups of Life as well.
