Malmö based instrumental duo Solar is a cosmic blend of postrockand John Carpenter flavoured influences where drums andsynthesizers is the driving force.The expression is wide, from vastsoundscapes with hypnotic arpeggios and expressive drums to dark,doom influenced tracks that seems to reflects a place where darknesshas reigned since the beginning of time.Solar produces music in a high pace and keep exploring andwiden their sound and influences on every new track produced. It’s manifested on stage where they take the audience on a journeythrough time and space, light and darkness. This piece, called "Future energy", was created especially for the closing keynote of The Conference 2019.
