In the ancient, near Eastern world, there were several well-known churches that are highlighted throughout the Bible - most notably, those found in the letters written by Paul, an apostle of Jesus and one of the leaders of the early Church. The church in Corinth was fractured, full of disagreements and discord, and far from perfect. In this series, “Messy,” we'll take a look at Paul's letter to the Corinthians highlighting six core issues: unity, ethics, marriage, spiritual practices, worship, and resurrection. Join us to discover how Paul's wisdom can guide us through our own messy lives.Referenced Verses:(I Corinthians
