This is a daily diary entry about a girl named Livy who lives with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, and pmdd at is finest. It’s basically a 10 minute episode about the everyday life a teenage girl in high school who’s trying to find a way to calm her disorders from taking over. I hope you enjoy and understand that i can’t help my emotions so if i get angry or start crying I’m just trying to make it through the day.
