There is a growing pressure on the church to chase cultural acceptance, but cultural relevance and kingdom relevance are not the same thing. The culture of this world is temporary and passing away, while the kingdom of God is eternal. Jesus Himself was not culturally relevant. He stirred up the religious establishment and preached the kingdom without apology. When the church prioritizes schedules, crowd size, and cultural comfort over the movement of the Holy Spirit, something vital is lost. The seed of God's Word cannot produce revelation in a soul that is constantly crowded out by noise and distraction. Pursuing kingdom relevance requires intentional time in the Word, prayer, and yielding to the Holy Spirit. The culture is temporary. The kingdom is eternal. Choose the path that leads to life.
