God created humanity with delegated authority to rule the earth, but this authority can only be exercised through physical bodies. When Adam and Eve yielded their authority to Satan through deception, humanity lost its rightful position. Jesus, as the second Adam, came in physical form to restore this authority by never yielding to Satan's temptations. Today, believers exercise spiritual authority by yielding their souls - mind, will, and emotions - to Christ rather than to Satan's deceptions. The battleground is in our thinking, and victory comes through renewing our minds with God's Word rather than fighting demons directly.
