It was an unearthly hourI dreamt, I was running around in circles till my legs wobbled and head felt dizzy I heaved myself off the bedMy clothes stuck to my body like my second skinIt was freezing cold Dawn, still a long way off. My voice, trembling, wafted over to you, in the kitchen where you were making frothy strong coffeeand some potato crisps taking your own sweet time. You dropped the threadsswooped me in your armsplaying with my unkempt locks sat me down and kissed my head. Fears vanishedwe sauntered on to the terrace with mugs of fuming coffeestood lost, in each other's eyes catapulting into adolescence. There dawned a sunny day out of the seapicking up the signs of life trees breezed bybirdies joined in the festivities of love.
