My guest today is a successful business leader with more than 30 years of experience leading several multinational & Greek companies, mainly in the IT sector. Marica Labrou is founder and CEO of Compassionate Entrepreneurial Leadership, a consulting firm that offer top-level leadership services to organizations and individuals who wish to apply agile transformational strategies in a dramatically changing world. Marica currently serves as a Board member in several companies including DEPA SA, a Greek Natural Gas company, Focus Bari, a research agency, and Entersoft S.A. a business software and services provider listed on the Athens Stock Exchange and of which she is the chair of the audit committee. Marica is the author of the book "Secrets of success for family businesses in the new era" (2020), and a contributor to the book "60 Leaders on Innovation" (2021).
