She’s living the life she’s dreamed of for years; Sarah Bajc, who turns 58 this year, talks to Sherri O. about “living her absolute best life.” The co-owner of an eco-resort in Panama, Sarah has undergone a series of changes in her life. Sarah left her role as a high school teacher to pursue her passions for the beach, caring for others, and a commitment to environmental sustainability by opening an eco-resort on the Caribbean coast of Panama together with her Panamanian husband Ernesto. Their resort not only offers a tranquil retreat but also serves as a platform for promoting responsible tourism and preserving our planet's beauty.
