The reason why we do not easily open up is that we are scared of what other people might think about us.

Withholding a part of yourself just because you are afraid of other people’s opinions will become a prison.

You cannot fully express yourself or even show who you really are because of this fear.

Once you let go of this fear then get out of the prison, you will start to accept yourself and other people will start accepting you too.
