Authority in leadership is so important.

But..it’s only one of the leadership cards you need to be effective.

I see this happening in leaders all the time.

They get this authority in their industry, but they’re not a people person.

They usually have this huge ego.

That gets in the way of them making others feel good. (Which is an important quality in a leader!)
