Let’s be serious, this is the starting point of your year. Our lives won’t move in the direction God wants unless we align it with God’s will. And to start, we need to stay committed in renewing our mind; guarding our minds the same way we clock in for work or study for an exam, if you’re a student. In March, we are going to explore the mind and most importantly, the mind from a biblical perspective, how to renew it, its role in our relationships and livelihood. How we can have the most healthy mind so we can live a more healthy, peaceful and fulfilling life. Protecting our focus and being aware of our appointed time is also pertaining to how we take care of our mental health.
