Time: No time to meal prep, can't get to the gym? We spend 18 hours doing menial tasks each week, really it's a matter of time management.
Money: Limiting beliefs around money. I can't afford a coach. Can you afford to not make a change? If you stay the same, what is the cost of staying stuck? Are you getting passed over for promotions or not being seen or heard? If my car breaks down I'm hiring a mechanic, not going onto YouTube to fix the problem to save some money.
