About Speaker: Serving as the Director - Secretary of the Palar Centre for Learning (KFI) comprising Pathashaala school, Outreach programs and a Krishnamurti study centre. He was Principal of The School, KFI from 1991 to 2009, where he guided several initiatives such as Mixed Age Group Learning in Junior and Middle school, Active Learning for SSA that was taken to 50,000 classrooms in October 2007, a dynamic wide learning programme for High School students and establishing a short-term Teacher Training programme.
