About Speaker: Soumya Aggarwal is the CEO and a co-founder at IGenPlus, an initiative focussed on building next-generation thought-leaders. She believes that young students hold the future in their hands, and it is our responsibility to guide them with ancient wisdom and modern insights. Soumya curates experiences and designs curriculum to introduce teenagers to Yogic thinking, Design thinking and Exponential thinking through fests, conferences, and expeditions, thus equipping them with tools to become future leaders. She is the curator of Families for Change at Vision India Foundation. She has developed Manifesto, a card game on electoral politics. She has also written several articles in newspapers and web magazines on important national issues. She likes to conceptualize and implement new initiatives for youth leadership. She has been recognised as a Youth Leader at Indo-ASEAN Youth Summit by the Ministry of External Affairs. Also, she represented India in the Youth - G20 summit in Japan held in May 2019.
