Dr. Swati Popat Vats is the founder President of Early Childhood Association India and Association for Primary Education and Research. As President of Podar Education Network she leads over 490 preschools and Daycares in India and UAE. She heads the teacher-training wing at Podar. She has received many accolades and awards for her contribution to Early Childhood Education and has been conferred the Fellowship of Honor from the New Zealand Tertiary College. She was the founder consultant for the Euro Kids preschool project in India and helped set up TATASKY’s children’s television activity channel- ACTVE WHIZKIDS. Swati has coined the term ‘Kiducation’ for early childhood teachers and parents to help them understand that young children need education from the point of view of their development. She also an expert on the global think tank of Kidzania. In her career spanning over 34 years, Swati has authored many books for parents, teachers and children, her most recent is a book on Gijubhai Badheka India’s pioneer educationist published by Crossword and two books on coding for children published by Scholastic.
