After my Masters and Management degree, I started my journey with Repro India, and was soon one of the leaders for their CQ (Creative Quotient) division, that looked into content and design development.

Soon I found my calling into the education space, with passion to bring innovation to learning content I moved to leadership role at Quadrum Solutions, it gave my opportunity to ideated and developed over 1000+ books and learning material across spectrum and across countries.

Being a self-learner, my profile, passion and interaction with people give me an opportunity to research and bring innovation, and I was able to add a differentiator to every product developed. I enjoyed conceptualising, developing the blue print and then guiding the team to develop a WOW product.

I enjoy being an author (and at times a co-author too), but most of all I enjoy my sessions with children and educators. These interactions help understanding and empathy for both these sections of education society. Add to this the knowledge sharing with the Principals and visionary members of education sector encouraged me to come up with something that bridged the gap for; a holistic development of children; to support teachers to make classrooms welcoming for their children and overall partner schools to achieve their vision.

Thus came about Sensorian Edutech. It simply means, a technology aided approach to feeling, absorbing and retaining knowledge through your senses. SE is a reflection of the variety of experience that I have gained from a career spanning over 20+ years.
