Eddie Pelkey is an overall badass (check his resume on everything he's done and is apart of) and Dom Sablan is the founder of Clutch Guam and Elite Basketball.  Both these dudes are pinnacles in the growth of Guam basketball, even though Eddie probably won't admit it!
