We continue to investigate the Benedictine and Cistercian influence on Freemasonry going all the way back to the 1300's. We are supposed to be speculating on everything and yet we dance around some of these controversial theories because of some unknown influence in the background of academia which has carried over into Freemasonic research.
What did the masons of the 1300' eat? Were they vegetarian? Did they eat meat? How did they get their food?
