How can we learn to be happy in our pursuit, rather than in our achievements? I think the answer lies in understanding the brain chemistry.  What you probably don’t know is that Dopamine is connected to anticipation, not a moment of achievement and euphoria.  Your brain is wired to reward you for PURSUING a goal, not for reaching it!
