It took Tre Watson just one season to leave an impression on Maryland football. For three years, Ike Ogwuegbu lived the dream of the local boy playing for the big-time college in his backyard. A first-team all-Big Ten player and the conference’s leader in tackles in 2018, Watson made his impact in his lone season with the Terrapins after four years at Illinois.
