Just talking about some of the qualities we think it takes to be on a national presenting team for Les Mills. A lot of people want to do it, but not very many want to put in the amount of work it takes to be the best at what they do. It has to be about more than just being popular and being seen. Maybe that's why you start, but it won't get you to the finish line.
