Michael Kramer, founder of Mott Capital Management, joins the Marketplace Roundtable Podcast to discuss his investing experience as reflected in the Reading the Markets service. On the whole, he is "very bullish on the equity market," believing another up leg to be imminent that will be reminiscent of the late 2016 to early 2018 period.
