Misti has recently transitioned away from targeting a consumer market and rather is adapting to B2B (business-to-business) marketing strategies.
As a B2B marketer, Misti does all the hard things that most business owners don't want to do. She literally visits doctor offices and clinics to pitch her hair loss solution in person and over the phone. We talk a little bit about how this has been for her and how she's responded to rejection and ultimately overcome it. Hint: She had a lot of it early on.
