Presidential Pollster Mark Penn shares findings from a new Harvard CAPS/Harris Poll, which asked 2,009 American voters what they thought about the controversy surrounding President Trump's alleged request to Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky that they try to find and expose damaging information about former Vice President (and presidential candidate) Joe Biden's son Hunter's business dealings in the Eastern European country.
