This week we record in the brand new Margaret's House official studio with our very dear friend and assistant coach at Cross Country U, Landon Miller aka Milla the Killa.

This week, Landon sleeps in a grain bin. We get two season's worth of race breakdown. Wamp forces Landon to rank team funny guys. The bois ponder the intimidation factor of a moped gang and we talk about Michigan.

Also on this episode we give a VERY important update on Evan and Cross Country University. Wamp sells the Armstrong Center in exchange for super shoes. And we learn about the importance of gut health and eating clean.
