I took my suffering and turned my dark into light 🦋 I created 🦋 wrote 🦋 and recorded a guided meditation for those grieving the loss of a pet to help cultivate feelings of peace 🙏🏼 gratitude and acceptance 🦋 this is the first draft script and taken with one recording ✨ it’s raw and straight from my heart and no doubt some of the words are downloads from spirit and our Roxy 🙏🏼 you can also tell it’s recorded in Brooklyn as there is some city noise in the background a few times 😊 it’s fifteen minutes in length and for anyone who this may help 🦋 This gift is a resource for anyone who is or has grieved the loss of a pet 🥰 it was therapeutic and healing for me to create during my pet grieving process 😘
