***One Swear Word WARNING*** - I said something in the heat and emotion of talking and did not want to just cut it out because of the feeling.  I will make sure this does not happen again because I DO want this to be a family friendly podcast. I do also talk about some hardcore subjects as well in this Part 3, so I would say this is definitely one not for anyone young.  Thank you.

In this episode I wanted to continue with some more information about “Getting to Know Me”.  My last Part 2 episode I had to cut short and did not get to finish my story or thoughts so I wanted to just finish with this Part 3 to close out everything. I want to explain in more detail some of the things that I said in Part 2 and go over some more mental obstacles that I have overcame and still trying to overcome. I am sorry for all the crying and sniffling, but I just had to get it all out not just for myself, but also to hopefully help others to maybe open up and share experiences as well.  We have sooo much we can learn from each other and my ultimate goal is always to do what I can to help others live better lives and have fun as well.
