Different show today, I want to ask you why are you doing what you do? 

Why are you on the path in your career as a manager?

Is it the right path o have you not found your path.

Have you ever asked your self, what am I doing here?

Or there must be more, or less depending on we’re you are in life.

I don’t think we do as the question enough, I think we drift into roles or jobs without a moment to check.
