In most companies this is the time of year for the yearly review 

This weeks I will be examining how to do the review and what pit fall you should avoid.

So it the end of another great year and it’s time to assess your directs 

Hopefully you have done your one to ones and surprises will be minimal

Saying that it can become a mine field of emotions 

They real underlying point is a consistent approach 

You will have great good and ok performances

You may have poor performances but normally you have addressed that
