<p><strong>The Four Agreements<strong> by Don Miguel Ruiz is a must read for anyone who judgements themselves and who lives in any level of fear. </p>

According to Don Miguel Ruiz, the Four Agreements are:

 <p>

1. Be impeccable with your word.
2. Don't take anything personally. 
3. Don't make assumptions.
4. Always do your best. </p>

<p>I give a quick overview of each agreement as well as my own commentary how on they can be useful for your own life. </p>

<p>Here's my favorite quote from Don Miguel Ruiz in the <strong>The Four Agreements<strong>: We don't see the truth because we are blind. What blinds us are those false beliefs we have in our own mind.</p>

<p>I find this book especially powerful for men. As men, we tend to be direct which can create a blurry line with being cruel at times. Often its harder for us to express our emotions so we take things personally. Men tend to judge themselves according to what they think "being a man" / being "Manly" means which can often be limited for so many of us.</p>
