Dimitri has been a source of great joy in my life as I have woken up to how my brothers and sisters of color feel as they move through an unfair world. &nbsp;We served on the Denver Diversity Exploration Team for a couple of years, where we began enjoying fellowship in which we can discuss nearly anything. &nbsp;Dimitri set this time up, though, to interview me... about being hearing impaired and how that has affected my life. &nbsp;I so enjoyed "flipping the script" and letting her lead for an episode. &nbsp;We realized how wonderful it is when we express mutual curiosity. &nbsp;Listen in!&nbsp;
