Episode 2 The Right Mancave at the Wrong Time

It isn't always easy for the average male to open up about the daily challenges we encounter. We tend to keep stuff bottled up instead and suffer in silence for the sake of looking weak. I'll go ahead open up about some of the things I have walked through and what I have learned. Hopefully someone will get something out of my experiences and learn how to stop suffering in 'male' silence.
