In this episode, Courtney and I tackle serious subjects such as the most important holiday candy, as well as her most recent running adventures.  The feats that Courtney has been able to achieve are truly remarkable and its great having her as an ambassador for ultra running.  I'm sure I say this for every person I have on the show, but, she was one of my favorite guests.  Enjoy!
