It’s Dr. Kara Wada’s mission to help everyone become immune confident. What does this mean? Dr. Kara is a board-certified pediatric and adult allergy, immunology, and lifestyle medicine physician. She is also an autoimmune patient who was diagnosed with Systemic Sjogrens in 2019. She has made it her goal to help people escape the overwhelm that accompanies an autoimmune diagnosis.
Everything she went through navigating our healthcare system as a patient has forced her to realign how she wants her life to be and the work she strives to provide.
