Following on from our previous discussion on relationships at work, we use this episode to discuss a foundational element to healthy human interactions - Emotional Maturity.

With emotional maturity we can successfully navigate disagreement, have open discussions, and manage healthy conflict without creating winners or losers or challenging the integrity of the other.  Our personalities and communication styles may be very different, and at times we may be dealing with less emotionally mature individuals,  the awareness of which is a  stepping stone to self- and team development.
