Cedreka has developed a program to help stay connected with your teenagers while teaching them the valuable life skill of cooking. She has also developed a line of designer, custom aprons with original designs created by her artistic teenage daughter. Cedreka has been in the US Navy for 15 years now and was deployed for 3 very long periods of time during her oldest child's first 4 years of life.
