I am still just so in love with the honest talk and message that happened on our last LIVE with DeLacy Jappe from Portland Oregon. The conversation got a little deep and I got a bit more animated than I normally do - but sometimes it’s just what happens when you are in the moment and unscripted. Real talk Ladies...this industry can be absolutely brutal if you let it be.

Everybody seems to have a RE License these days and it makes it extremely hard to be the one to stand out in the crowd. You follow the systems your broker gives you (just like everybody else) and  that goes nowhere.
