A U.S. Army Veteran who served for 7 years, Cindy Gaddis now travels the country speaking and teaching to assist businesses in navigating the federal marketplace. SUMMARY A U.S. Army Veteran, Cindy Gaddis founded CG Consults after a huge layoff; the purpose was to aid businesses that couldn't afford to hire a full-time employee. For 6 years, CG Consults functioned as a company with expertise in solving challenges for the GovCon market at affordable prices and successfully keeping over $1 billion in federal contracts. Today, Cindy serves as the Senior Vice President of Business Development at Advanced Technological Solutions (ATS), LLC. Currently, ATS supports the Department of Defense (DoD) by providing a full spectrum of IT services to support both civilian agencies along with military warfighters. Its expertise resides in the creation of analytics and solutions to harness the power of data. Having been motivated to help others, Cindy continues to be a strong supporter of data-based strategic planning. She has also collaborated with author Gloria Larkin on the Veteran’s Guide to Business Development, providing insight into how becoming a government contractor can serve as one of the greatest opportunities for money in this economy.
