We are Make Us Proud, a podcast where we discuss topics pertaining to our journey as young women to adulthood and reflect back on how proud our younger selves would be of us. This is a space where hopefully you see your own journey in ours and are reminded of the fact that we are never alone. The hosts are Joan Gray, Elizabeth Valencia, and Marcela Navarro, and we each of wildly different experiences that make our podcast unique. Elizabeth is a married mother of two who is working on re-entering the workforce, Marcela is a 30-something who just bought her own house and landed a new job, and Joan, well, she's a 20-something still trying to figure her life out. We will tell stories that will make you laugh and cry and reflect, and by the end of each episode, we will reflect on what makes us proud of the person we've become. We will release new episodes every Friday, just in time for your morning commute (whether that's literally driving or walking to your desk).
