Aoife Drury is a London based accredited Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist with more than 10 years of experience working in mental health. She works with both individuals and couples so they may become comfortable in their relationships, sexuality and what is meaningful for them. Aoife uses techniques and exercises that can be helpful including mindfulness and guided visualization with accompanying training in CBT. She is LGBTQI and KINK Aware and committed to creating a therapeutic environment where couples and individuals of all backgrounds and gender-identities feel safe and supported.
