Pain, doubt and fear seem to run together, almost as an exclusive package for all of us. I have seen this far too long, and wanted to break down how each affect one another. The pain may be physical mental, or emotional. Then works its way into doubt, that steals, and robs us of joy and things that we should have in the future before we have a chance to reach them. The fear is the final concrete that solidifies the memory of the pain, and the doubt that has walls us in, traps and tortureds us continuously.
