Jackson Wray is a current professional rugby player for Saracens, he has played for the club for 15 years.

In that time, he has won 5 Premiership titles and 3 European Cups.

Alongside his career in rugby, he has completed a BSC Psychology degree and undertaken work placements in a variety of fields both in and out of sport.

From working on psychometric testing, cultural development on and off the field and executive coaching Jackson is driven to fully understand people and environments that make them thrive.
