<li>2-3 oz peach juice</li>
<li>1.5 oz peach schnapps</li>
<li>1 oz vodka</li>
<li>2 oz club soda</li>

<li>8-10 chicken thighs (skin on)</li>
<li>Salt</li>
<li>Pepper</li>
<li>Seasoning of choice (adobo is nice)</li>
</ul> Deskin your chicken thighs and set skins to the side. Dry out skins on kitchen towel and season both sides with salt, pepper, and adobo.
