Nick & Foxx are back as they tackle James Gunn's "The Suicide Squad" in today's review. The reboot of the 2016 bomb was definitely a step up, but hard to always compare directly as the two movies have wildly different tones. Gunn's adaption is much more colorful, fun and full of humor whereas the 2016 version was much more serious. James Gunn succeeds yet again in getting you to care about obscure characters, but it is hard to fully get into this movie with the wacky nature as well as the unsure state of the DCEU.
