shows a progression: walking → standing → sitting.  What begins as a thought eventually lands at a place where we settle. What we consistently think about, dwell on, and agree with will shape: what we love. what we pursue. who we become.  So the question isn’t just “What are we doing?” but “What are we thinking about, delighting in, and aligning our hearts with?” Because our life will inevitably move in that direction.
