On today's episode we chat about self-love as a practice to discover and feel love for yourself! In other words, you have to practice self-love BEFORE you can feel love for yourself. Just like any other practice, self-love requires consistency to see the results.
It takes TIME to integrate new mindsets, habits, beliefs, and to truly see progress within our emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being. So if you’ve been thinking that self-love is something you should FEEL before you practice it, its time to reframe that. Self-love can be practiced by anyone in any state that desire to feel more love for themselves!
