It’s fall, y’all! Aaaaand, since we are part of nature, this season inevitably comes with all sorts of growth-inducing invitations to let go, grieve and courageously allow the changes that really want to happen for our highest good (trees drop leaves and we’re invited to drop things too, you know).
When we learn to allow this natural cycle of release to take place, taking compassionate and honest inventory of our lives and relationships we make space for new growth, more aligned possibilities and an overall greater sense of empowerment and lightness as we move through life.
In this episode:
*We explore the good-bad news that we don’t get to grow and expand without also learning to honor and embrace the necessary (and often messy, feely and illogical) grieving process
*I discuss how grief and letting go is far bigger than literal death of a person/ pet. Contrary to what we’re taught, grief happens when we let go of anything (externally or internally) that we’ve held close.
*We expand our understanding of HOW we experience grief - as it’s FAR more than thoughts and stories in the mind. Grief must move through the body.
*I share perspectives and practices to support you in releasing the things that are no longer serving and supporting you. . . because insight is great, but without aligned, empowering action we can stay stuck.
This is a season of radical compassion, brave honesty, and fierce love. It’s a time of doing the brave work of letting go, and then being really kind to ourselves and others as we navigate the messy alchemy.
It’s time to lighten your load, recalibrate your life and trust fall into your next chapter. . . because in order to invite in NEW magic, you must make space by clearing out OLD, outdated “stuff.”
